The game between the two sides at Poole earlier in the month had also been won by Devon.
For the winners, Copleston scored 85 with 12 fours, Brunskill 57 with 3 fours, and Spring also 57 with 1 five and 5 fours.
In the Devon innings Spring and Copleston added 121 runs for the seventh wicket.
