This match was badly effected by rain with the pitch proving difficult after heavy rain prior to the match and showers washing out three and a half hours play on the second day
RW Blair took the wickets of RA Vance, DD Beard and IA Colquhoun in his eighteenth over followed by the wickets of AR MacGibbon and JBR Park in his next 2 overs to finish with 5 for 43 off 19.5 overs after having taken no wicket for 36 in his first 17 overs
