Crompton have re-signed Mohammad Jamal as professional for 2024 and 2025.
After re-signing for 2023, Jamal hit 941 runs at 52.3, including three centuries and six half centuries, passing 4,000 Lancashire League runs during the season.
He hit 157 in adding 263 for the 2nd wicket with Aqib Zulfiqar against Accrington which was the highest partnership of the season in Division 2.
Crompton signed Mohammad Jamal as professional for 2022.
Jamal scored 809 runs at 57.8 with one century and six fifties in the league.
He also hit 444 runs at 63.4, including two centuries, to help the club reach the T20 Final.
Jamal began his career as a junior at Burnley, making his senior debut in 2006.
The 34 year-old right handed batsman joined Read in 2010 and was professional for the club in 2013.
Jamal moved on to Chorley (2014), Droysden (2015) and Bury (2016) before joining Crompton in 2018.
